How to delete your account and data

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account (회원 탈퇴).
3. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot complete deletion in the app, you may email us at the address below. Please include your registered user ID (and optional email if you added one) so we can verify your request.

Data that will be deleted

• User ID and password (stored in encrypted form)
• Optional email address, if provided
• Registered devices and filters, replacement schedules and history
• Notification, widget, and other personal in-app settings tied to your account

When you complete account deletion in the app, your account and associated service data are removed without undue delay. For email requests, we verify ownership and typically complete the process within a few business days.

Minimum log data required by law may be retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
